Where to find older software updates

Hi,

I am working with a FieldPoint system purchased in 2003 with LabViewRT 6.1.  We started out with FieldPoint driver 3.02, and somwhere along the line upgraded the driver to 4.01.  The real-time image on the fieldpoint controllers is 6.1.1. 

How can I obtain the real-time image version 6.1.3 for use with the fieldpoint driver 4.1?

Hi Anton,

The LabVIEW Real-Time Patch 6.1.3 was originally shipped on a CD.  We no longer ship older versions of the software. 

I would recommend upgrading to LabVIEW Real-Time 8.20 if this is feasible with your budget.  If you are interested in upgrading, please contact National Instruments at 1-800-433-3488.

It sounds like you already have LabVIEW/LabVIEW RT 6.1 on your PC, what you are looking for is how to get LV RT 6.1.3 installed on your FieldPoint controller.

Starting with the FieldPoint 5.0 distribution, you can get older versions of the embedded LV RT drivers.  If you run the FieldPoint 5.0 installer, You can get the LV RT 6.1.3 embedded support.  Note, this will not install the LVRT 6.1 module on the host PC(I'm assuming you already have that), this only makes LVRT 6.1.3 available for installing on your [c]FP controller through the MAX install wizard.

Perfect, that's all I need.  Incidentally 6.1.3 seems to be only included in the 5.0 download - not 5.01.
