Here are some benchmarks that NI has run to characterize the performance on various real-time hardware. This can give you an idea of the maximum performance achievable with Compact FieldPoint. I recommend that you read the entire document to understand how the benchmarks are performed. There's also a link to the code that was used to achieve this benchmark.

Note that these benchmarks are best-case scenario. That is, once you add more code to your application, your performance will be affected.
