Ready Light not lit on cFP-AI-118

Hi

 

I have a CFP-AI-118 and cFP-TC-120 module installed in a cFP1804 backplane. The TC-120 module works fine but MAX would not see the AI-118. I noticed that the Ready light on the AI-118 was not lit. I removed the module checked that the pins were all OK, fitted it in another backplane and it lit.

 

I put it back in the original backplane and it also lit but after I connected the network cable and cycled the power to the backplane the Ready light was off again.

 

Does this look like a faulty module or is it a configuration issue?
