Problems with the cfp-AI-100 the signals are out of range but the cfp has the channel connected to 4-20 mA instruments, the cfp has been working for 2 years and suddenly the analog input starts to varying from 0-24mA and then those signal goes up to out of range.

Suggest you insert meter to read mA in current loops and verify actual signal levels into AI-100.

i did that, but the problem still is present, do you have another  suggestion to fix this issue. Do you know any procedure to reset the CFP AI-100. How can be sure that the  CFP AI100 is not damaged.

If you have verified with a meter that signals into cFP are correct, then you know problem is in AI-100.  Does problem occur on all channels or just one? 

Also suggest that you verify the supply voltage to the AI-100 module.
