i did that, but the problem still is present, do you have another suggestion to fix this issue. Do you know any procedure to reset the CFP AI-100. How can be sure that the CFP AI100 is not damaged.
If you have verified with a meter that signals into cFP are correct, then you know problem is in AI-100. Does problem occur on all channels or just one?
Also suggest that you verify the supply voltage to the AI-100 module.
