Physical connectivity of 304, 403, an AI boards

Support – I would like to send you a diagram of what we are trying to
accomplish – a simple arrangement, but I need a few technical answers I
can’t
get from the documentation I have been through so far.  Please let me know
if
we can arrange for me to send the diagram and schedule a time to
teleconference
on the issue.  It shouldn’t take long…

Subject: NI digital I/O board questions

Mr. Erdelt,

I work with Ray Vega who gave me your contact info.  I am trying to determine the physical connectivity for AI-118, cFP-DO-403 and cFP DI-304.  The documentation is a little confusing.  We seem to have a SW support agreement, but not a HW agreement.  How can I check to see if we have a HW support agreement?

Can you put me in contact with someone I can send a few diagrams to and get answers to a few questions?

Thanks,
-AJ

Hi Alan,

It looks like you may have inadvertently posted your question to the discussion forum. Were you meaning to email a question in? If so, please go back to ni.com/ask and click on the phone NI option (see below). John may have sent this question in via email too, so you may already have an personal email by another Applications Engineer. If so, then please work through that channel.

However, perhaps I can answer your question through this forum?
