Nonvolatile memory lifecycle for cFP-2020

Hi everybody,
   In cFP-2120 datasheet I've found this:

   Memory
    Nonvolatile ....................................................... 128 MB
    SDRAM ............................................................ 128 MB
    Memory lifetime (nonvolatile).......................... 300,000 writes per sector

while in cFP-2020 datasheet, I found no hint to this subject.  Where can I find infos on cFP-2020 nonvloatile memory lifecycle? Thanks!
