New computer running FieldPoint built application not communicating

My old company still uses a temperature logger I designed using National Instruments hardware and software.  It has worked flawlessly for more than a decade.  The computer that communicates the the NI hardware died and has been replaced.  The new computer was loaded with my built application, the Run Time Engine and the field point configuration file.  The unit will not communicate with the computer and gives the following error message:

It appears to be a LabVIEW error message.  That was what my code was built in.

Their system is down, so I really need to get this resolved for them.  Any suggestions?

Here is the manual I wrote to use the system.  It identifies the hardware and configuration file.

Do you have write privileges to that drive path as the error message states?

Yes, found out they were trying to use an antique of a laptop that was lying around.  MAX wouldn’t even find the front end.  I hate it when folks ask for software/hardware help and they haven’t covered the basics by starting with a new, reliable computer...😡
