I can't FTP my cfp-2020

I can't FTP my cfp-2020. I can FTP the cfp-2020 using a computer on the same subnet, but I can't FTP it using a computer that is on an other subnet. Here is the catch..... I can download my program to the cFP-2020 using application builder, and I am able to FTP my FP-2010....

Look at this KB article, it discuss the reason why you are obtainning the error and also give some suggestions.
