Fieldpoint IO Point to Boolean Converstion

Hello, everyone.

I'm trying to convert the signal from a "Fieldpoint IO Point" (from a DI module that generates only 1's or 0's) to the boolean format, so that I can use it together with usual boolean variables. How can I do this?

Hi Daniel!

   What particular function are you using to acquire data? Is it "FP read" function? Or is it a "Field Point express" block?

   Anyway, I think you can convert floating data to BOOL using common conversion functions, but I think it's better to know what function you are performing to use the proper method!
