FP2000 status light stays lit red can not communicate

I just tried to update the software on a FP2000 not the status light stays read and can not communicate. any ideas.

Based on the manual for this device, the status light staying lit refers to “the FieldPoint-20XX did not power on correctly.”  I would suggest removing all software from this controller and reinstall it.

Thanks for the reply. I can not find it on MAX either, so I can't reload software or anything at this point.

I reset unit with in safe mode and reset dip switch on an now I can communiate with it. I tried it yesterday with no luck, but today it worked I think I can get it going now.
