FP-PS-4 AC Input Connector

Good Morning,

Would somebody know the exact part number for the FP-PS-4 power supply input connector.  Its a three position screw terminal connector.

I need to purchase some missing AC power input connectors for my FP-PS-4 power supplies.  The one connector that I have is labeled with Phoenix Contact GMVSTBR 2.5.  A look at the Phoenix Contact website shows that hundreds of connectors include GMVSTBR 2.5 in their name/description.
