FP-AO-v10 help

Hello;

I have two FP-A0-V10 analog output modules and first one is working fine but the other one is not recognized by the FP software. When I insert the second one the power and ready leds start to blink but when I just insert the first one the power and ready leds does not blink and its working fine. I see that there is an error with the second one. What should I do? Are these modules repairable?

      Please take a look at this document.
Also, Please try the module in different slots and reduce the system down to your FP controller and the TB-10 base.
