FP 2010 controller connected but not showing Data modules

Hello

I am having problem in viewing the data modules FP-DI-330 attached with FP 2010 in autmation explorer 4.1. I connected FP 2010 to desktop using ethernet connection. when I try to find the data Neighborhood an error comes out. screen shots are attached. Please help me.

I believe this is the same issue as the post linked here that I have been working with. Please see the information in the post, and if you are having a different issue, please specify what the essentail differences are.
