Automated Test Machine

We have an automated test machine that tests high temp igniters for ohms and amps. It operates an 18 station turret, one igniter per station. Station 1 is inop and we think it is a software problem. The machine is old (14 years) and it uses FieldPoint software. Who can do onsite field service? We are located in Milford, NH

The FieldPoint family was EOL'ed and is no longer supported officially by NI. Any support or replacement would have to come through a third party.
