I also got a blocked message attempting to post the text in the attached file.

The bits with the NILicensingCmd lines were in code blocks.

As I typed this, I wrote the name above with a dot exe after it, and then got a warning that "Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested.", which is reproducible at the moment (not sure if it was when this thread started).

Attempting to upload the file as a text file rather than a zip also didn't seem to ever complete...

We found the rule that triggered your block and have made some modifications that should reduce the likelihood of recurrance.
