placeholder in notification emails

It is now several times that I received sort of incomplete notification emails, an example is given below:

I guess that "notification.email.intro-text.update.plain.text" should have been replaced with some more meaningful text?

According to the bug from 2019, this was resolved. It looks like it has re-emerged so I will create a ticket for us to look at.
