no more notification emails

Hello,

starting a few weeks ago I do not receive any more notification emails, neither on replies, kudos, solutions. I have checked my SPAM folder and I also have checked 'email me when someone replies'.

Any new setting I have missed? Thanks!

They made changes recently, so maybe something got lost in the transition.

Thanks... this could be an explanation, but it would be good if NI could explain what I should do to receive notifications again...

Has this been resolved? If not, we can try a few things. I have received no other reports in the last week of people having issues with subscriptions.

I am also no longer receiving e-mails. I checked a couple of the forums I was subscribed to and it still says I am subscribed.

What is the next step to get this resolved? Should I enter an SR? or this somewhere else to report it?

I am glad not being the only one - maybe Mark (who suggested to try different things...) or somebody else from NI will look into this issue.

Do you get notifications on the forum?

I turned of email notifications, but I do get notifications on new posts on the forum.

This might help diagnose the problem.

yes, the bell sign indicates notifications (my email notifications are not turned off)

Same for me. If I click on the bell I still see the most recent posts.
