Mine too.

 

Of course it raises the question what happened to the notifications during the blackout... Since I only got 8 in 2-3 days, I assume they're gone.

right now I experience a "Page error" message when trying to go to my notifications:

2 3 4 times while editing this message.

 

I can access my PMs, but not the notifications page…

The "No Notifications" issue is back. It happened yesterday, but a refresh fixed it. But today, it is being persistent.
