I have seen Me too feature in Special Inetrest boards and while clicking on that it displays "1 person had this problem". Its bit irrelevant so, in special interest boards it can be changed to some other name (Not getting a right name) and also Me too option is used when a user finds that he has the same problem and already its been asked so automatic subscription to that thread when clicking on Me too option will also be usefull. (I don't know whether its currently available).
