What "widget" is missing?

What is this talking about?

There was a Freemarker error being thrown for the accepted solutions header on the post. I updated it. Can you please check it again?

I am not seeing an error when I visit that page. Can you please let us know if it occurs again?

I'm not seeing it now either.

I had done a few refreshes at the time to make sure it wasn't just a one-time page download problem and it was showing that error each time.  But it seems fine now.
