So, what exactly is a "Link Title"?

It seems we have a new option when inserting links. What does it actiually do?

If I'm right, then this should have the title meta, which will probably appear as a tooltip.

OK, testing this with a link to the first post here with title "the very first post of this thread".

Yup, seems to work just fine.

The field should probably be labeled as "(optional)" because it can be left blank for the legacy behavior. Without that, many new users will be stumped trying to decide what to type in there. 😄
