Misplaced logo?

I noticed this in the last few days on the forums.

The green "TRUSTe" logo seems to now float around the discussion forums pages.  I think it used to be always located on the bottom.  Now it appears higher and often overlaps other items on the page.  Exactly where it shows up depends on the size of the window and the position of the scroll bar.

I can confirm the same on chrome and firefox on win7

Now this is becoiming an irritant while trying to edit post

They must have gotten it fixed sometime overnight.  I remember seeing that yesterday, but it isn't happening for me now.

I still see it happening as well.

In my case (chrome), the logo flashes for a millisecond in the wrong place, then settles in the right place at the bottom of the page (same as yesterday).

No logo issues from mobile

When I view it in full mode the logo is still in the middle so I guess it isnt about browsers or mobile
