I believe the error you received might be unrelated to the labels as LabVIEW is an accepted label. It might be related to our flood controls which limits how many times a user can post within a minute. We have seen some users run into issues when they click the "post" button too many times. For instance, if you were attempting to make a post, but did not add the label the first time, then clicked the post button again very quickly -- you might trigger the flood controls. You can try again in a few minutes to see if you are able to post now.
Also, I've made a change just now to the way error messages are displayed which might help make this more clear in the future.
