Sometimes the firewall gets a little aggressive, especially with posts with code in them. Based on the amount of spam we've been getting, it's probably overprotective right now. It should be temporary.

Claudflare tends to have some issues every now and then and that is what NI is using for their site. Also I sometimes wonder if NI is using a low budget Cloudflare account. The site and especially these forums are often terribly slow or completely unresponsive and it is usually Cloudflare doing its thing, but VEEEEEEEERY slowly. 😂
