I noticed today that the action buttons (download, etc.) for image attachments are just empty squares today. They were a bit richer in the past.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have confirmed this is a bug and have captured it in our development backlog. We are tracking this and hope to implement it when priority allows.
