PC System Crashes with Communications Manager

We have a National Instruments Foudation Fieldbus AT-Fbus card running in a PC.
Every so often the combined system crashes to a black screen without any apparent reasons.
The message on the final crash screen reads:

Page fault in non-paged area (0xFF012000,0x00000000,0xFF8D7C8B,0x00000000)

Please, advise.

Specifications :

NI-FBUS Communications Manager 3.1, Foundation Fieldbus Host interface NI PCI-FBUS/2 running on Windows 2000.

The PC is Dell Optiplex GX110 with Pentium III, 733 MHz processor, 386 Mbytes of RAM.

What kind of card are you using, PCI or AT?

The AT driver and PCI driver can't be both installed on a computer at the same time, what driver did you install on the computer?

The fieldbus interface card is connected to the PCI bus and it is the only card on the machine.

The driver is c:\winnt\system32\drivers\nifb.sys file version 3.1.0.4023
and its location is PCI slot 5 (pci bus 1, device 11, function 0)
