No tag in configuration tree for Ktek AT200 level transmitter in Ni Fbus Configurator software

Hi,

 

I have imported the DD file of ktek AT200 level transmitter in Fbus configurator software. But in the configuration tree, it just show "No tag".

My other transmitters are ok, only the ktek transmitter got problem. I tried again downloaded the DD file from the FF org and ktek websites, but still having this problem.

 

Can anyone help me on this? Thanks.

Have you tried assigning the tag to the device in Configurator?
