Issue with USB 8486 and NI Monitor

Hello,

          A while back I purchased NI Monitor and Configurator. I am using old USB 8486. I have issue with getting NI Monitor and USB 8486 to work. Screen comes up as blank even after I hit "go". Looks like NI updated monitor from version 4.0.1 to 15.0. I have got it to work before cannot seems to figure out what is an issue right now. I followed NI Monitor user manual but that does not seems to help. Can somebody assist me with this issue?

Does anybody has any suggestions? Seems like when I configure USB 8486 to Bus Monitor, I get a NI-FBUS Process Startup:Fatal Error. Do anybody have same issue?
