Hello, I am from a rookie team and am powering up our cRIO. I wan't sure if it's supposed to run of the off the 12v or the 24v outputs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well, do to some research, I have concluded that you are supposed to use the 24v output from the power distributor.

Based on your questions, I would assume you have not found the "Getting Started with the 2012 Control System" document from the FIRST Kit of Parts Website. It guides you through how to set everything up. The Kit of Parts website is very helpful.
