cRIO will not power up

Hello all. Our cRIO  (8 slot) was working properly and all of a sudden lost power and will not power up. There is a  24V connection into the unit and we have attempted to reset via the reset button. We opened the cRIO and we are getting power across what we believe is the 2A fuse. We appreciate any advice anyone can offer.....

If you have 24V into the cRIO (verified with a multimeter) and you don't get a power light you will probably need to RMA the cRIO by calling (800) 531-5066 (or if you are at an event get one from spare parts).  If you get a power light then it is probably something else going wrong.  What are the symptoms you are seeing? Can't connect to it? Can't deploy code?

What do you mean "getting power across the 2A fuse". A working fuse shows voltage from each side to ground. A working fuse does not show voltage from side to side.
