A few months ago we had a RoboRIO that was fully functioning with Java on it. After a few months without use, we pulled it out and tried to work on it. At first it booted, but said it didn't have any code on it. We pushed our main program to it and had it reboot. However, it won't reboot, the Status light blinking constantly for "Unrecoverable error". The program we are using on the other RIOs we have and they aren't having any problems. We found this discussion board https://forums.ni.com/t5/FIRST-Robotics-Competition/Unrecoverable-RoboRIO-error/td-p/3394790 who nearly had the same problem. We cannot put in the RIO into safe mode, it keeps blinking the Status LED. The RIO won't communicate through USB or Ethernet, and MAX, FRC Driver Station, and FRC Imaging Tool can't find it. The other board mentions a recovery image on a flash drive can be used and was included, but the other discussion was in 2015, so we weren't sure if the file would cause compatibility issues. Is there a current recovery file available or another way to fix this, or do we have to risk it with the older file?
