Problem reading analog inputs

We have the dashboard running, but the analog input display does not work. It doesn't show the battery voltage on channel 8, nor does it show a voltage reading on channel 1 - 7 when the input pin is connected to +5V. If we use the WPI library Vis to open and display an analog input, then set a breakpoint on the value from the analog voltage component, it always shows 0. This happens with NI update 2 installed, and also with the new update 3 installed. Help! Out of ideas.

Have you re-built the dashboard since doing the update?

If you try to use an old dashboard with a new update it will probably not work.

Make sure you create a new dashboard each time you do an update.

Also...

Do ANY of the dashboard indicators work?

If not, your PC may not have the correct IP address?

If your PC does NOT have the required IP address of 10.xx.yy.6 then it will probably be able to do EVERYTHING EXCEPT display data on the Dashboard.
