No robot communication??

Solved!
Go to solution

OK - I'm starting a controls a bit late this season - very busy helping sophomore team build a robot.

I played with the controls last year so a bit familiar.  I imaged the Classmate, set the IP addresses,

loaded LAbview, updated Labview, used the FRC imaging tool, downloaded the base line code with

team 3548 in the IP (10.35.48.02).

So, the question is what am I forgetting to establish robot communiction. F1 is enable for this

year (new) but driver station can also be enable with mouse selection.

Must be something simple. Thoughts?

BTW,  if the camera is not connected, will that cause any major issues?

The camera is not needed.  Simply make sure the Enable Vision boolean is false in the Dashboard

Did you update the utilities and the driver station and LabVIEW?

I would make sure you have the Utilities update for this year and that you have your team number set in the driver station.

Thanks for tips. Solution was to disable Microsoft Security Essentials and Windows Firewall on Classmate PC in the developer account.
