Is it possible to run 2015 Java code on the 2014 cRIO?

I've managed to sucessfully reimage the cRIO using the cRIO Imaging Tool bundled with the 2015 Update suite.  Do I now need to somehow install java on it?

I believe the FRC 2015 Java tools do not support the cRIO.
