I can't find the examples listed in MXP Developers Guide V 0.5

The MXP Developers Guide V 0.5 list two examples for MXP breakout boards.  I haven't been able to find either of them with the installation.

Is there somewhere that I can download them?

We are a beta team and I would like to fabricate one of them to test the expansion port.
