Cannot bring up Roborio web interface in USB

Our team has just installed the 2018 FRC update and we cannot bring up the web interface via USB.  We have tried this on 3 different Win10 computers. 

Ping on 172.22.11.2 works fine,  All other NI tools (new image, etc) works fine. But using the 172.22.11.2 in a MS edge browser brings up an address not found error.  Trying this on Firefox and Chrome brings us the missing Silverlight message so at least the Roborio is responding to those browsers.

What should we try next?

Please try using Internet Explorer (not Microsoft Edge), and let us know your results.

The Web Interface is built on Silverlight (as you notice by the other browsers requiring the plugin).  This MSDN question can help explain why Edge is causing problems.
