Can the patch 1.0.1 LabView for NXT toolkit be used for LabView 8.5.1 (FRC)

Can the FRC 2009 LabView 8.5.1be used to program NXT with the LabView tookit for NXT and the patch 1.0.1?

I have not tried it, but I do not see any reason why it would not work. IMPORTANT: Don't forgot to Mass Compile the libraries or the compile time will be painfully long.

You can install the NXT toolkit and patch after installing LabVIEW 8.5.1 FRC Edition without any conflicts, but as Jeff stated be sure to mass compile after you install.

I do want to make clear that you cannot program the NXT brick with the VIs in the WPI Robotics Library.
