Overview
This example VI uses the LabVIEW DIAdem Express VIs you can configure your application to create a DIAdem report that displays a signal acquired from within the LabVIEW environment.

 
Description
Create a DIAdem report that displays a signal that is acquired from LabVIEW. This example has 3 parts. The first part is the generation of a signal in LabVIEW(combination of a sine wave and white noise). The second part of the VI is turning the signal into a waveform. The last part consists of a LabVIEW DIAdem Express VI that is used to generate a DIAdem report and can be customized depending on the available data. 


Requirements

  • LabVIEW 2012 (or compatible)
  • DIAdem 2012

 

Steps to Implement or Execute Code

  1. Generate a sine wave
  2. Add white noise
  3. Compute and display the averaged power spectrum
  4. Convert the averaged power spectrum to a waveform
  5. Display in a DIAdem report
