When does the IE 2017 source code will be availabel?

I'm waiting for the source code to update our tools for LabVIEW 2017.

Can we reuse the source code from 2016?

Is there any improvement in the 2017? 

We need to update our internal tool and without the LabVIEW Icon Editor Source Code we are stuck to 2016
