Have you installed NI-DAQ yet? NI-DAQ is the device driver that will communicate with your card. Once you have NI-DAQ installed then there will be data acquisition example programs installed on your computer.
When you launch LabVIEW Search Examples for hardware I/O and Data Acquisition. Depending on your application, these are great starting points for working with your 4472.
