They are the same if the product of df of the spectrum and ENBW of the time-domain window equals 1.

One last question: my actual signal is in g rms²/Hz

If I want it in g/rtHz, I have to do:

( g rms²/Hz ) ^(1/2) ?

Or is it more complicated?

Exactly, for all bins, take the square root.

 

For spectra in dB units, convert to linear scale before square root.
