I don't think that the issue is DASYLab. 

Can you configure two USB based NI 9234 to master/slave synchronization? How do you configure the tasks to do that?

It is not possible to synchronize two USB-9234s.  The USB sleeve hardware does not support it.

9234 modules can be synchronized with cDAQ or cRIO, but not with the USB sleeves.
