1. Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit only supports bispectrum, not trispectrum.
2. Use search on function palette, and search with bispectrum keyword. You'll find where it is.

thank you for your advice...... but iam using an evaluation version from labview and even i downloaded the evaluation version from the advanced signal processing toolkit .. because the evaluation version not including this toolkit .. when i download the toolkit it appears as a winzipped file.. and i dont know how can it work with the software(as in matlab we have to set path to make the toolbox included in matlab).

The download toolkit is winzip self-extract which will auto execute an installation after extract.
It'll be installed to the latest version it supports.
It probably the case where you don't have the version that supports your LabVIEW which vcan be checked in http://www.ni.com/support/labview/lvtool.htm#signal
