Unable to uninstall 488.2 using Package Manager

I've been trying to uninstall 488.2 from my Package Manager. It's the 20 version. I need to install an older version to work with GPIB - USB-B protocol. Every time I try to uninstall I get the same error message as shown in the picture. 

To deal with the problem I deleted the 488.2 folder from my Program Files. But I am still getting the same error message. What should I do?
