Trying to get X series to work on NVIDIA Jetson: wrong STC3 signature

I am trying to get an X series device (PCIe-6321) to work on an NVIDIA Jetson. I was able to compile everything (kernel module and examples) just fine, I am able to load the kernel module, and lspci and lsdaq list my device. When trying to run boardBringup, I get to the point where the CHInCh signature is still returned correctly, but I get "-1" as the STC3 signature, and "65535" (decimal) as the product ID. Any ideas what could be going wrong or what to check next? Thanks a lot already in advance!
