Bonjour,
Je reçois l'erreur "ERROR-1073807178: device descriptor error - value not valid bMaxPacketSize0 (must be set to 8, 16, 32, or 64 bytes)".
Merci d'avance.
Résolu ! Accéder à la solution.

Hi, Kyesight provides software for its production for work with LABVIEW:

it should make the work easier.

Hello, thank you for your response;
Unfortunately, when I install Command Expert, I don't get the Keysight add-on in my LabVIEW. I don't understand why. I'm using LabVIEW 2020, so maybe there is a problem with this version ?

I can try to install Command Expert on my Labview 2020 to compare it with yours. I'll inform you later.
You can also try to configure your device in NI MAX, it should be visible there if all drivers are installed.

Thank you again. I'll wait for your update !
For the NI MAX, my device is not visible. I tried to add a new device but nothing works. Can't connect it with NI Visa Driver either.

Hi,
if your device is not detected in NI MAX, then you should check if the drivers are installed for your device. The Command browser latest version from Keysight works fine with LABVIEW 2019, 2018. It should also work with LV2020.
When you connect non NI equipment to the PC, ensure that you also have an NI-VISA driver installed.
If the built-in functions are not working for your device you can use SCPI commands from NI.
SCPI sends *IDN to the device and reads the model, name, and other information about the device. But first of all your device should be visible in NI MAX.

Hi,
I have tried to install it on my computer Command Expert. I had a problem of installing it as Windows 10 does not support Net framework 3.5, or it might be an administering problem.
However, try on earlier versions of LabView.
Good Luck
