Labview vision application

Hi everyone,

We are developing an automated minisoccer. So to detect the ball position during a game in order to move the players I would like to use the vision toolkit of Labview, but one of the requirements of the project is that the minimal frequency of detection must be 10 Hz an idel would be 50 Hz. The thing I am not sure is if this frequency can I control on labview or depends on the web camera I wanna use or at the end in the computer video card.

If anyone could help me or ckarify me this a little bit more, thanks in advance.

It will depends of the camera you will use. Problably you won´t have good results with a web camera, because is very commom web cameras work with low FPS.
