roboRIO not imaging

Getting error during reimaging:

First question - is this a roborio (1) or the new roborio2?

if v1, can you try booting the rio into safe mode? https://docs.wpilib.org/en/stable/docs/software/roborio-info/recovering-a-roborio-using-safe-mode.ht...

if v2, we don't image the rio via the tool anymore, rather, we image the sd card and only use this tool for setting the team number (docs: https://docs.wpilib.org/en/stable/docs/software/roborio-info/roborio2-imaging.html?highlight=roborio...)

This error happened while setting the team number. Forgot to specify.
