Team 5470 - RoboRIO status light continuously blinking

While attempting to image our team's RoboRIO with the latest version, our device stopped working. After attempts to restart and reconnect to the device, we discovered it to be unresponsive and to have a continually blinking status light.

Sorry to hop on another users Post, but We are having A very similar issue.

Our RoboRIO was left on until the battery was flat, and on the next powerup it is showing an unrecoverable error, and we can no longer connect whatsoever. 

Cannot get to traditional safe mode, we Just have a Lit Power LED, constant Blinking status LED, and a Lit Amber RSL Led.
